Joakim Riedinger is a French animator by day and a passionate illustrator by night. He has worked at Sony Pictures Imageworks from 2017-2019. He holds a Master's degree in Animation from ESMA in Montpellier. Joakim has notably worked on feature animation movies like The Minions, Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse as well as VFX shows like Game of Thrones and more recently Spiderman: Far from Home. His love for illustration and drawing fuels his dynamic animation style. He currently lives in Montpellier, France.
Joakim was nominated for an 2020 Annie Awards by Asifa Hollywood.
Our entire universe is in perpetual movement, everything is evolving. Motion is in the center of our lives, and this is fascinating to me. I love to express energy in my craft, using clear and dynamic shapes,
especially when I can work with the human body.
